1 Can I Buy Online?

2 How can I make the payment?
You can make the payment online via – Net Banking / NEFT Transfer / / using your Credit Card or Debit card or Net Banking facility.

3 How will the order be delivered?
The order will be delivered via Courier.

4 Do you take orders over phone?
Yes we do. You can make the payment by any of the above mentioned modes including the courier charges.

5 How many days it takes for the delivery?
It takes normally 2-3 days in South India and 4-8 days to the other parts of India to deliver.

6 Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment?
Yes you can order by COD

7 What if the product is damaged? What is your exchange policy?
Product is packed so well that there is no possibility of damage. However we will replace the product if it is damaged.

8 How do I check the status of my order?
Once it is dispatched we will share the LR number and the buyer can check the consignment status on the website.

9 Can I cancel the order? What is your returns policy?
We return the full amount on receiving the product in good condition. There are no deductions except for the courier charges

10 I tried placing an order using my credit / debit card, but it is not working. Can you help me place an order?
You can make the payment by any other mode as mentioned above. If you are unable to make the payment using all the above means do give us a call.

11 What is the bed net made up of?
Net is made of poly cotton and we do not use nylon. The frame is made of steel and sleeved with PVC.

12 Is it safe for children? : *Yes it is absolutely safe for children.
It provides for natural air circulation and the inside of this mosquito net is well ventilated.

13 How does it help in mosquito control?
Since it is covered from all the sides, it prevents mosquitoes from entering and thus ensures a sound sleep.

14 What about warranty/ guarantee?
There is a two year replacement warranty on the frame.

15 How do I know which size of mosquito net is suitable for me?
Comfortnet actually sits on the bed. Therefore please measure the length and the width of the mattress on the clear surface. If there are any protrusions on to the mattress please reduce the length or width as applicable.
